Then, Johnny looked at Carmine and asked, “What are your plans? I'm taking her back to the hostel so that she can prepare for her appointment.”
“I'm going with her.”
“Thank you, for that, Carmine," he appreciated.
Then, they walked back to his room to get the car keys. He turned around and pinned Ruby to the wall and gave her a prolonged kiss.
“I love you, my Ruby.”
“I love you too, my Hero.”
Afterward, she hurriedly began to remove his spare pajamas, which she slept with and he advised her, "Take your time. He will not swallow you up if you are a few minutes late.”
“All right, dear.”
Now, Ruby was set to leave, and she burst into loud laughter which attracted Johnny and he asked, “What's funny?”
“Footwear. I didn't come with any.”
Johnny laughed too and volunteered, "You can put on my joggers. There is nothing we can do presently about it.”
At the Female Hostel.
Mr. Seth and his colleagues had mixed feelings when they saw Johnny park his car in front of the hostel at 6:47 AM. Now, the students were still in their rooms preparing for lectures. So, there were no students in sight. 
Then, he walked up to him and greeted him cheerfully, “Good morning, Young Master.”
Now, Johnny was out of his car. He walked to the passenger's side and opened the door. He held it for her to come out. 
“Good morning, Mr. Seth," he responded with an inexplicable expression. 
Now, Ruby and Carmine were out of the vehicle and Mr. Seth looked at Ruby with compassion and asked, “How do you feel, now?”
“I'm fine, Mr. Seth. Thank you for your concern.”
“Don't mention.”
Then, he looked at Johnny, who had been observing him and reading his body language, and apologized, “Forgive our carelessness. We were not aware that she was ill.”
“See you later, guys,” Carmine and Ruby greeted them and headed for the hostel.
“Okay, girls.”
Now, Johnny looked at the apologetic head of security and accepted his apologies, “Don't let that bother you. As you can see, she is stable now.”
“It is all right. Thank you for your understanding.”
"You are welcome."
Howbeit, the relieved head of security walked back to his office while Stanley and Johnny got into their car.
“Does that mean that he did not report to the authority?” Stanley asked. 
Then, Johnny, who was pondering on the same issue, replied, “I'm lost. It is obvious that he did not.”
“Then, why did the VC send for her?”
Johnny drove in silence, and after a while he spoke, “We will find out when she is through with him.”
“You are right.”
At the Campus.
As usual, the cowards had secretly pasted their different proclamations at strategic places on the campus. Meanwhile, Johnny and Stanley were prepared for it. They glanced at the write-ups and smiled within them. The one that gladdened Johnny's heart was:
(Johnny scored the goal within two minutes.) 
(Why were the other girls not pregnant?)
(Two minutes was just enough.)
(Congratulations to the uncommon striker.)
(The other girls, were barren. They could not conceive.)
(Within two minutes, you scored a wonderful goal. I owe you a drink.)
(Does it mean that all other girls were infertile?)
Before they got to the lecture hall, they had read a good number of posts that made him proud of himself. 
“Guy, did you see those posts?”
“I saw them. They should keep it up.”
However, the students were not aware that the post was posted by Ruby with malicious intent. They misinterpreted it to mean a show of an accomplishment. Whatever their thoughts, Johnny and Ruby were celebrated as the perfect couple.
“Congratulations, Johnny. Some girls would have gone for an abortion without your knowledge," Princeville pointed out as he shook hands with him.
“Thank you for that, Princeville," he responded.
 Nevertheless, the other students complimented them too, while his numerous sex mates wore long faces.
Now, they were settled in the classroom and waited for the lectures to begin. To their source of amazement, no lecturer was in sight.
Meanwhile, the other girls were provoked because they realized that they were merely sex objects and that explained why he slept with them with condoms
'Good for nothing ape. So, you wanted a baby, but you chose to use condoms on me.' Adriana, who was most affected by the sex exploits, thought regretfully.  Apart from that, she could not hook up with Hayes because of him.
Nevertheless, even though, they were chatting and joking, Johnny was waiting for Ruby and mindful of the fact that she was spending a longer time with the Vice Chancellor. 
So, they strolled to her lecture hall and spoke with Carmine, “What's up, Carmine? What is keeping Ruby?” Stanley asked.
“I wish I know. The VC may be in a meeting.”
“You are right. Tell her that we checked on her.”
“I will. Later.”
She walked back to her noisy class and took her seat alone, ignoring all the side remarks about Ruby and Johnny. Meanwhile, she had listened to their comments, but they seemed not to know that Johnny barged into the girls' hostel.
“Thank God, that no student was aware.”
Now, Johnny and Stanley walked back to their hall and refused to go in because it was rowdy. They were like sheep without shepherds, wandering and making noise. 
They sat on their regular spot on the verandah and watched the students rant while he exchanged handshakes with friends and well-wishers. He looked at his phone, and it was 9:25 AM.
'Why is she still there?' he mumbled.
Although he was with Stanley, he was deep in thought. He recalled Ruby's statement after he picked her up from the hostel.
'And who told you that the baby is yours.'
Now, he cast his mind back to the first day he met her and recalled that she walked into the Vice Chancellor's office, and he waited for her for some minutes.
“Why was she at the Vice Chancellor's office that day?”
Before he could figure out the answer, his friend interrupted him.
“Congratulations, Johnny. I envy your good luck. You have two things at a go, graduation, and a baby," Gerald complimented him.
